Not sure that there is a conflict. Steve reported on Saturday that Michael Clemente claimed that the Robert Gibbs admitted a mistake to Major Gibbs. We wrote the following headline “Fox News: White House Apologized For Pay Czar Interview Snub “Mistake””

Gibbs now claims that the did not “apologize” per se, and FNC’s is sticking to their version of events – that Gibbs admitted a mistake. I Think You have contributed to confuse readers to What’s is truth or fact surrounding this story! Which is it, WH apoligized/admitted mistake, WH did not, the Fox WH ban story “completely unravels” (URL title)?

“I think” it’s fair to state readers just want to know the facts and truth on what’s going on with this story.

Right now, Mediaite is currently running two stories with multiple updates on this very subject that CONFLICTS each other.

Did Fox make up the story about Obumbles going on every other Sunday show by Fox News Sunday? Did Fox News make up the story of El Presidente on tv saying FNC is not a “real” news channel?

And we wonder why all the newspapers are going down the toilet. All the same, all the time.

Somehow I knew that the Tommy Christopher who did such a dishonest and slipshod story about the Tea Parties would be incapable of writing an honest story about FoxNews. Tommy, read WfT’s comments and either STFU or approach your job with less of a bias.

Self serving and overblown, like I said last night after reading the Mediaite and TPM direct reporting on the matter, among others, all denying Fox’s questionable presentation of the events.

It’s no big deal though, just Ailes throwing an elbow and proving the WH contention Fox is a 24/7 political operation that creates their own reality to flog incessantly, duh. Welcome back to the Clinton years, and it’s only the beginning.

The WH war on FNC is hurting the WH and helping FNC.

The “not a real news organization” broke the ACORN, NEA, and Van Jones stories that the rest of the media tried to spike but ultimately couldn’t and admitted their own failure — that is why the WH is going after FNC, because they DO break the stories.

Show hypocrisy (like a Fox),
Prove White House’s point (like a Fox),
Now they’re sad (like a Fox).

So, basically Fox News proved the White House’s point? Creating a controversy out of nothing just to trash the White House. This was reported on the supposed “news” shows as well? Wowza!
