Andrew Zimmern is back for another season of Bizarre Foods America, because the first season just didn’t uncover enough unnerving carnivorous fish. In addition to the terrifying snakehead fish, seen in the clip below, which secretes a delightful protective mucous all over the place, we’re also told that Andrew samples baked muskrat in Baltimore, deep-fried piglet testicles in Iowa, and fermented fish eggs in Alaska. Well, that doesn’t sound so bad.
