Christina Tosi’s about to expand your dessert library with her second cookbook entitled Milk Bar Life. Happy Friday, everyone! This title follows up her first cookbook Momofuku Milk Bar, and will include 100 recipes for her favorite homemade pastry items (probably with infuriatingly vague measurements/cook times), along with some savory dishes she’s conceived for the restaurant.
We already barter her birthday cake truffle and cereal milk recipes with unsuspecting friends like they’re currency. If we learned to make candy bar pie, we might never recover from our sudden jolt of phenominal cosmic power.
