Harvard University has released the video of the first lecture of the 2012 Food and Science Lecture Series, in which Dave Arnold and New York Times writer Harold McGee spoke about the importance of innovation in the culinary arts and sciences, and the even greater imperative to do awesome stuff with eggs. And now you can watch it! McGee and Arnold start at 8:00, when they begin counting the exponential growth of candy strands created in a giant batch of dragon’s beard.
