After their sexily accented, footballer bromance successfully spawned a Spotted Pig ripoff that turned out to be a Union Square Cafe ripoff in London, Becks and Rams are being scouted out by Vegas Strip tycoon Steve Wynn to open a sports bar and grill in Sin City.
According to a source:
“The Strip has never seen such fierce competition for food, but Gordon’s places are full seven nights a week. He’s one of the best chefs in the world, so it’s only natural that Steve feels he should have a place in his hotel as it’s the most luxurious on The Strip.”
Can we keep including the terms “David Beckham,” “Gordon Ramsay,” and “strip” in the same sentence? Let’s hope so.
Thing is, Gordon already has Gordon Ramsay Pub and Grill in Las Vegas. How many Ramsay grills can one city take? Answer: as many grills as Hell’s Kitchen renewals Fox doles out. (Somebody’s gotta employ all those winners.)
