We’re relieved, if for no other reason than that future kindergartner wowed by the chocolate ball who we went to bat for yesterday. Good Morning America hauled cameras out to Chicago for a segment today on Grant Achatz’s Alinea Baby-gate, and while no one reminded George Stephanopoulos how to pronounce the name of the restaurant before the package aired, it did reveal this important perspective on the incident:
“Chef Achatz does think children should experience fine dining at an early age. He just hasn’t decided where to draw the line.”
