Despite our protestations that we’re really not a food site, we’re a food industry site, we won’t feature your recipes, sorry, we still eat a lot of food for work purposes. (Last year at the New York Wine and Food Festival, we had plates of cured meats set everywhere! Do you seriously think we wouldn’t touch that?)
And yet, ever since we launched a year ago, no one on our team has become afflicted with gout! Last night, our Associate Editor Tina Nguyen went on HuffPost Live to share The Braiser’s secrets for remaining healthy while eating and drinking for a living: eating extremely clean on our off-days, sharing plates and bites at food events, and supporting each other in the Braiser-iest way possible — through the official Braiser Game of Snark and Shame.
