After winning MasterChef Junior, Alexander Weiss, a student of the British International School of New York was invited by the British Consul General Danny Lopez to cook a British-inspired meal along with chef-in-residence Manuel Rodriguez at his home. Evidently, Alexander’s season shooting with Gordon Ramsay was time well spent. According to the New York Times:
The dinner, which he planned, consisted of lobster bisque with herbed cream garnish, Indian chutney and puff pastry twists; rack of lamb with an herb crust, potato galette, minted pea purée and asparagus; and chocolate, coconut and passion-fruit mousses layered and served with lavender shortbread crumble and balsamic strawberries.
