We’ll spare you the Los Pollos Hermanos references (July 15th, guys!), lest we risk coming off as exclusionary, but Top Chef: Chicago winner Stephanie Izard is reportedly in talks to open up her own chicken fast food joint.
She already runs Chicago restaurant Girl and the Goat and its diner offshoot Little Goat. Her latest chicken chain would also launch in Chicago, rolling out nationwide with locally sourced chickens later.
