We’ll forgive Curtis Stone for the horrendous pun he made at the top of this week’s Battle of the Sous Chefs while recapping last night’s Top Chef Masters Asian Market episode. (It involves mention of how the losing chef “miso’d the mark.” Shudder.)
We’ll also forgive Bryan Voltaggio’s sous chef Graeme Ritchie for his uber-phallic plating in this week’s sausage-making challenge (see photo above). Spoiler Alert: Hugh Acheson might not have, though.
