Here’s a newsflash, airing, or posting videos of actual public servants speaking is not against the law. Also, airing or posting only a portion of the aforementioned public servants comments is not illegal or libelous.

Just because he didn’t air or post the video in it’s entirety is does not make him libel. Every single news network, news website, and print news publication air, post and print PORTIONS of comments on purpose to shape the story.
