8. O’Reilly vs. Nas
The bad blood between Nas and O’Reilly goes back to at least 2007, when O’Reilly criticized Nas for performing at a Virginia Tech benefit concert, despite the violent lyrics in his music. More recently, O’Reilly took issue with Nas’ involvement with Moveon.org, which he called “the new Klan.”
Nas’ response, on The Colbert Report? Performing a new track, “Sly Fox.” “Red rum, political bedlam | Don’t let the hype into your eyes and ear drum | Murdoch owns Fox.” Wonder what that’s supposed to be about?
