He's smart, funny, entertaining, etc. One thing he did that never gets any notice was that Simmons sniffed out the sale of the Celtics to the current owners back in 2002. It was brilliant because even with all their connections, none of the Boston sports literati saw this coming. Only Simmons. I've been reading this guy since '97. Whether he's part of the "establishment" or not is of no concern to me. All of his haters are jealous. Period. I love Simmons.
