There's nothing sudden about it. This is the same panel that insurance companies have been getting their guidelines from for years. And the law doesn't say this is all that's allowed, but rather, this is the minimum that's allowed. The problem isn't with the health care bill, it's with these specific recommendations, which everyone but the panel seems to disagree with. That’s not true. There’s nothing sudden about it.
