Professional speakers said Bush needs to "...be human and approachable, reflect on his past mistakes, and work around his famous inarticulateness." Those paying attention the 8 years Bush was in office know this describes his character to a tee already -- he didn't need to 'become' these things. That was one of the things that made him likeable to those who have the ability to judge good human character. He's quite different from the defensive, thin-skinned, insecure man holding the office now who is always, always attacking and spewing negativity which gets old really fast and is not at all motivational. It's no surprise to me that his first reviews are favorable and I have no doubt Bush will have great success as a motivational speaker.
