Dancing Soldier Craze Hits Israel With Ke$ha Video

Earlier today, President Obama spoke with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu about the “unbreakable bond” between our two nations. While they were probably referring to the lengthy shared history both countries have, it’s possible that they were actually talking about how both of our armed forces just love to dance and dance and dance. That’s right. Following the videos of our boys in Afghanistan and Iraq creating homemade music videos for Lady Gaga and Ke$ha songs, members of the Israeli have posted their version of Ke$ha’s eternal ode to using whiskey for dental care, “TiK ToK.”

While the YouTube user who uploaded the video begs viewers to “Please, Do Not Involve Politics or Hatred ! Just Enjoy,” this will assuredly be the focus of some overly heated debate in the next few days just like the last two videos. The fact that the Muslim Call to Prayer is audible in the beginning of the video should only make things worse. However, we still support any time that men in uniform get to spend just having fun. It’s like Ke$ha says, (paraphrased slightly): These men will fight tonight until they see the sunlight. And the clock is ticking. However, the party does not stop. Oh, no it does not.

Memo to all soldiers around the world: please stop acting gay.

    Thanks!

I prefer them to dance than shoot at teenagers or children throwing rocks.

Good point, Kam. Still, this dancing soldiers thing jumped the shark a long time ago.
