He had NO expression about any of the things he said. To me, that means, he just read the words that were on his teleprompters, not even knowing what they meant. I just say he does read well though, with the help of the teleprompters. Couldn't do it without them. Can the man EVER say something he MEANS? He never tells the things he has done that he promised he would. WELL, I suppose the reason for that is he hasn't done a single thing he promised to do.
