It was the day that a host of BBC executives and star presenters admitted what critics have been telling them for years: the BBC is dominated by trendy, Left-leaning liberals who are biased against Christianity and in favour of multiculturalism.

A leaked account of an ‘impartiality summit’ called by BBC chairman Michael Grade, is certain to lead to a new row about the BBC and its reporting on key issues, especially concerning Muslims and the war on terror.

INB: You analysis reflects more of the eclectic and varied nature of European media. Tabloid? Sure! Murdoch has thrived on it. The BBC, the Times of London, Suddeutsche Zeitung, Spiegel, Figaro, ZTV, TV5? Tabloid/gossip? I suspect you’ve never really seen or read any of these.

Out of curiosity, what is your evidence of this? The British and French media systems have for a long time been seen as WORSE than ours… especially when it comes to tabloid/gossip stories (Princess Di anyone?). So what is your evidence for this… or is it just an assumption?

God help us all if CNN tries to emulate the BS that is 24/7 on Fox and MSNBC. We will cease to have any real news orgs and stupid Americans will continue to grow up thinking Fox and MSNBC is what “real news” is.

Rob of PopEater told that PR Shimrits told him that CNN hasn’t made a final decision regarding this. So Mediaite doesn’t have a big get or anything, come on. If someone didn’t read the whole post and chose to over look that part then that’s their problem.

Of course CNN is not going to announce right now that they canned Kathy. Then they have to admit that they were wrong to have her back. They’ll wait until it’s time for next years show and say they are going in another direction with it that doesn’t include her. That way they save face.
