Munley's picture is all over the place is because it is the photo she uses on Twitter, and news outlets apparently found it and copied it. I will be bet that if Senior Sgt. Mark Todd's photo was available on Twitter, his pic would also be everywhere. There were no photos that I have seen taken on the day of the terror attack by Hassan on his fellow soldiers of either officer.
