It's all so strange.

There are people who despise this woman....who make jokes...and worse ...about every word that comes out of her mouth. Yet it's the same people who wait breathlessly until she speaks again.

Witness Glyniss's reaction to Palin's "boring" Oprah interview....

Now don't get me wrong...I myself don't think Ms. Palin has a future in the politics of today...but I am amused at the attacks and the condescension lobbed her way. It's weird.

It's curious.

It's simply amusing to read McCain's and loser staff members and their anti-Palin comments.
John McCain would not have gone as far as he did were it not for Sarah. She did bolster his candidacy somewhat, and he knows it. McCain, himself, blew it because he tried to play the Good Ole Boy role seeped in Political Correctness. He rarely challenged obama and his age and the way he carried himself scared off a lot of voters. So, instead of taking personal responsibility for losing the election, McCain, Schmitt and Nicole Wallace need to blame Palin for their loss so they can save face. Easier to bash Sarah for the loss instead of saying they offered nothing in the way of leadership. Not smart behavior in my opinion. The GOP needs to get a clue and back in the ball game and realize they'll never win anything with the likes of people like McCain and the rest of his like minded liberal Republicans. Get a clue GOP. Principles and leadership do matter. I think McCain stands a good chance of losing his re-election bid for his Senate seat in Arizona. Would that be a great payday. Conservatives are always labeled mean-spirited when they fight back like Palin is doing now. I don't see Sarah Palin as ever becoming the President of this country but I do feel she has something to offer in a positive vain. If she didn't the people like Olbermann, Matthews, Couric and the rest of the zombie left wouldn't pay any attention to her....the fact they do speaks volumes to me.

Have you finished eating your shoe, yet? I'm still waiting for that apology. I think it would help your argument to first acknowledge that you were wrong, apologies for it, AND THEN start hooting and hollering... you know, without doing that, it kinda makes you look like an ideological hypocrite. HA!

Perhaps the real genius of Sarah Palin’s press tour thus far is that in forcing some of her subjects to come out and disclose what actually happened versus Palin’s version of events she’s actually making them look sort of like idiots.

Example 1:
Glynnis states that Palin's version is wrong (an opinion), and apparently not what "actually happened."

Emphasis mine.

Example 2.1:
Glynnis highlights the words "expertise and readiness" as the most noteworthy. Why is that? Is it because she's agreeing with Ms. Maddow's version of Ms. Wallace's version of events? Or is it because she believes these are the most (let's say) humorous words with-which to describe Palin?

Now let me ask you, who comes out looking the worse for this disclosure, Palin? Whom, as we are all painfully well aware, was and is not in possession of a great deal of “foreign policy savvy”

Example 2.2:
And now we know the answer to the question.

...or the McCain campaign for not only picking her in an insultingly blatant political move...

Example 3:
Opinion. Like, very very opinion.

No wonder McCain doesn’t want his former staffers on TV.

Example 4:
Even more opinion.

This is what I'm talking about. Mediaite allowing it's writers to post under the cover of a "report," which is actually a very strong opinion piece. Either Glynnis doesn't understand the difference between an OPINION and FACT, and Mediaite isn't bothered by that... OR this is the type of "journalism" they're trying to push.

Only an idiot like McNicol turns the story around that Palin looks better after her blatant lies in her book. Of course, the McCain campaign was idiotic from the time they picked Palin and then had the task of making a silk purse out of a sow's ear, but Palin is still an idiot today just like she was a year ago

There are always two sides of a story and sometimes people can see the very same thing but interpert the event completely different.

Of course Wallace will defend herself. How do we know she is telling the truth?

This all boils down to who you are going to believe. Palin or Wallace ? I believe both are suspect to embellishments.

"Disasterous rollout"? I read that Andrea is reporting on the huge lines (1500 people) for her first book signing, pretty disasterous! HA

Nicole Wallace turning to MSNBC. Enough said.

I hope she gets out of the race I hope she makes McCain look even worse than he looks now and then gets out. From her record, it seems like she hates human beings, hates women most of all, and hates wildlife.

Yes, Palin was born in Idaho, not Skagway. I’m sure the Republicans will use that one error to discredit the entire report.
