Megyn Kelly Interviews Bad Ass Correspondent Kid Rock
Megyn Kelly kicked off her America Live broadcast today with an in-studio interview with musician Kid Rock.
While Mr….Rock admitted he didn’t know why he was there, he had a lot to say about politics, Detroit and more.
“The whole thing I see is people are just freaked out and fed up with people being too far left or too far right, just the extremists,” he said. “Everyone’s like, ‘just calm down.’”
He said he didn’t like to talk publicly about his political beliefs, but this should give you a fairly good idea:
I actually have a nightmare that I’m going to wake up and everyone’s driving a Prius and living in a condo, but we’re all getting health insurance.
Maybe Kid Rock passes out while watching the 2am replay of Glenn Beck‘s show.
But take everything with a grain of salt. As he said early in the interview: “I probably shouldn’t be talking about politics, when I think about it. I’m not that educated.”
Megyn Kelly and Kid Rock are apparently buddies – they were out partying together last night (or so she tweeted):
Just left party w/kid rock – he’s coming on show wed 2/17. Tune in @ 1p!
Here’s the interview:
