Testing New York’s Media IQ: Sotomayor Edition


minternsAs media-obsessed interns, we constantly wonder what the rest of New York is thinking about the media – and if we might be the only youngsters in this city who play “Name That Blog Editor” and “Pin-the-Tail on the TV Anchor.”  So we were curious: how much do people know about this week’s Sotomayor confirmation hearings?  In pursuit of taking the media pulse of our fellow city-goers, we hit the streets to ask people some questions.  The results were… Umm… Interesting.

    Charles Krauthammer On Health Care Bill: ‘It Will Never Be Repealed’

    The House of Representatives just passed the health care bill with a vote of 219 to 212. Fox News news analyst Charles Krauthammer set up the moment quite prosaically. "This is a historic moment.
