My nine year old daughter can write with better thought through and meaningful remarks than the 5th grade rubbish than the former Governor of Alaska. It amazes me how some Americans think she can be President. George W. Bush would be a genius compared to Palin.

Obama’s shenigans affect every American now and in the future. He has the power to destroy this great republic and is working towards that end. Palin on the other hand, has no power in politics and has no say. So what is the point in attacking her? It reveals the small mindedness and intellectually ineptmess of those who attack her.

I have to agree. The venom directed at her was inexplicable. I did not feel she was qualified for VP, but I also felt that she deserved the respect due anyone that attains a governorship.

To be fair, she does bring a lot of this on herself, but not to the degree we see.

I’ve never understood the degree of venom directed at Sarah Palin. David Letterman did a scathing bit on her ( one of many, of course) referencing what ‘Vanity Fair’ was reporting. He conveiniently didn’t let on that it was Levi Johnston doing the reporting. Man. What’s with Johnston being given a megaphone every time he hints at hurtful insider information? That said, I am firmly convinced that she is not qualified to hold high public office.
