#9 – Gibbs Holds First-Ever Daily Briefing in the Rose Garden

Robert Gibbs made history this year when he moved the daily White House briefing out to the Rose Garden for one gloriously sunny day. While it may not seem like such a big deal, the outdoor briefing was attended by a carnival atmosphere unlike any I’ve seen. As an added bonus, this briefing offered the world a chance to see a pre-heart attack, pre-makeover Tommy Christopher who looks like he lives “in a van down by the river!”

Roberts Gibbs is a cool guy. “He who controls others is strong he who controls himself is Almighty.” On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give Gibbs a 10. That is about as close to Almighty as you can get.

Fact: Gibbs number one should be the only time he wasn’t used as bagdad Bob and told the press that the democrats were going to lose allot of seats on November 2nd elections and he was correct!
