The billboard does not mention her… just “the mother”. If it had her name on it then she might have a slim shot. Two things wrong with your statement:

1. We have no evidence that she had an abortion. It could have very well had been a miscarriage, like her friends are claiming.

2. What you are describing is a partial birth abortion, which is illegal in the state of New Mexico.

#2 is wrong. A fetus is torn apart in a standard 2nd trimester abortion. What makes it “partial birth” is WHERE the dismemberment is carried out.

While the bill board said the woman and didn’t identify her those in her community (where the billboard is placed) know it is her. If your pro life then all of it is brutal, thats why the exaggeration with no concern about which state has which law. Even if it was legal in New Mexico I know it would have been unlikely this was the procedure needed. Doesn’t matter, I was making a point about how ridiculous abortion is.
