You give an example of WH email which contains the error of not capitalizing “Obama” and which runs the words “every” and “once” together. These are typos. Considering that all other details are correct in the example given, those two minor errors don’t provide support for your characterization of these communications as “badly spelled”—especially when matched against so much of what passes for language on message boards.
