Are we supposed to exhaust a huge sigh of relief and say, 'Well, I'm glad he didn't come to my house and kill my kids" ? Mainstream is pretty much dominated by conservative media (which explains how Obama's school speech became such big story when it was mainly the fringe who believed that). Obama won't exactly win Fox News over. It's going to be interesting however how the following days and weeks develop. Initially the Obama Administration was running pretty high by being able to control the message, but that's slipped. Will they be able to get it back? That's what makes this exciting. There really is no impartial mainstream media anymore.
