Thanks Glynnis… I was starting to worry that without your daily posts about Glenn Beck, you might suffer from “snark build-up.” I am curious, however, if you look down your nose like this on ALL conservatives, or just Beck?

Furthermore, when you read the comments your article promotes, do you sit back and think, “Ahh, look at the folks who like my work, success!” or are you disappointed that all they can seem to do is spread more venom, hate, and tremendous insult?

Do you really think Van Jones, a guy hired to work in the WH, who was writing bills, and paid by tax payers is the same as Glenn Beck, a talking head, hired by a private media company?

Do you really think Beck looking into Van Jones’ public background/comments is the same as the media looking into whether Beck’s mother killed herself?

Do you really think that just because Beck makes a lot of money he isn’t correct in saying that journalists should be looking into these things, and that they are negligent in their duties?

Does it matter how much money Beck makes? Just because he makes a lot of money, he should have people investigating his mothers suicide? Just because he makes a lot of money, he isn’t concerned about his children, or their future?

Really?

JunkJunk, Don’t worry. You can purchase a gun for your child. That nasty old Constitution is theirs to.
All of my kids and grand kids learned how to shoot at around 5 years old. I only taught them as little ones with a .22 rifle.
You should hold off on an AK until they are teens and have proven themselves responsible. One of the parental carrots you can use to keep them on the right path.
You do not need to move them to the Bahamas to shoot. Just contact the NRA to find a safe place to teach them. For that matter, the NRA has great courses available so that your child can learn gun safety and gun hygiene.

You know what? I believe that all toddlers should have the right to own an AK-47. I really believe in that cause, and I’m going to do whatever it takes to make sure that all pre-schoolers get a gun. Because it’s the right thing to do. Now, I haven’t done any research to see what the potential outcomes of such advocacy would be (pfffft: I’m not a journalist, doieeeee). I just…(*tears*) love children and guns and ma country. They should all have the right to be together…

And the scary part? That little bit of crazy I just wrote doesn’t come close to Beck’s delusions.
