The Times are not the only ones, Anderson was all over it tonight, he couldn’t seem to get enough of it! He spent a good part of half an hour on it, including another interview with publicity seeker Pigeon O’Brien. Anderson asked O’Brien why she is speaking out about this story. Isn’t the answer obvious? He even discussed it with David Gergen and attorney Sunny Hustin.

IMO, this is a story best left to E! or ET.

Andrew Young’s book proposal was purchased by St. Martin’s as soon as it was announced that it was being offered to publishers in an item in Page Six. This was confirmed by John Murphy, director of publicity at St. Martin’s — a major error overlooked by the author of this article.
The Times failed to report on this story for months, failed to acknowledge that it was even possible that Edwards was involved in an affair. There was no one else investigating it but the National Enquirer.
The stories about McCain were true. He was involved with a hooker in Florida who was trying to sell her story to the media for big bucks but no one was biting. Who cares about McCain now anyway. And whoever cared about Cindy McCain? Not her pals in college who were trying to sell the story about her racism for big bucks.
Time to move on.

Democrat or Republican, everybody can agree that Edwards is a narcissistic loser…let’s hope Elizabeth takes him to the cleaners, and soon, so he can disappear from our daily news.

How the heck doe the NYT think this is front page news? I blogged about this story on June 29, when it first broke in NYDaily News. How can they just now be talking about it?

They got scooped by Nat’l Enquirer, and NYdaily, and about 10M bloggers. haha

I’ll be snacking on my big bowl of popcorn, watching the sex tape on youtube before NYTs realize there is a rumor one even exists.

Gasp, here comes liberal Mediaite trying to complain that the NY Times talked about Edwards and his bastard child. Come on.

Why not point out this is the same newspaper that TOTALLY IGNORED Edwards and his infidelity during the campaign but yet ran false hateful stories about a McCain “affair” not to mention all the tremendous false accusations about Sarah Palin and her family.
