Paula Deen was hit in the face with a ham at a charity event. Paula Deen (for those of you not aware) is a chef with a show on The Food Network about Southern cooking. The ham is just a regular old ham that was in a box until someone accidentally threw it at Paula Deen at a Hosea Feed The Hungry And Homeless event.

We were tempted to say, "no, that's not news by any stretch of the imagination." But hey! It looks like the AP and CNN both repackaged and ran videos of it. So it's newsworthy?
