Over 100,000 residents were evacuated from their homes in Hawaii in preparation for the 3-8 feet of water from the tsunami about to hit the coast. The water is rushing towards the island with jet-speed, yet many of the islands’ residents have remained on-site to take pictures of the oncoming waves…citizen journalism at its finest or just a really, really bad idea?
