As the snarling strains of “Another One Bites The Dust” echo on the world stage that is now rid of Muammar Gaddafi, and some Republicans rush to diminish any role that President Obama might have had in his demise, the producers of Fox and Friends know just where to turn to sort it all out. Host Brian Kilmeade assembled a panel made up of BreitbartTV editor Larry O’Connor, singer Judy Collins, and former SNL actor Joe Piscopo to debate former Rep. Pete Hoekstra‘s suggestion that the President give back his Nobel Peace Prize.

After months of speculation (and even some criticism), President Obama has announced the names of organizations and amounts of money he is donating his Nobel Prize money to. True to form, the President made a diverse and balanced slate of organizations. For example, on education, he donated $125k each to the United Negro College Fund, the Hispanic College Fund, and the Appalachian Leadership and Education Foundation.

Someone on Twitter recently directed a question at Jake Tapper and me: Where did the President donate his Nobel Prize money? Included was a link to a Big Government post that alleged that he had already received the money.

Of course, we knew the answer to that one, as Robert Gibbs addressed this question a couple of weeks ago. Or did he?

President Obama struck a remarkably humble and modest tone in a speech today where he announced his intentions to accept the Nobel Peace Prize, which was announced earlier today. This is a remarkably different tone from that of his conservative critics, perhaps best exemplified by the outright laughter from MSNBC Host Joe Scarborough (who was later allegedly called out by the White House).
