And while I don't know the actual structure of Andy's deal, one has to assume that any extra for "staff" was paid to Conanco and perhaps Conanco made no such stipulation on the staff buyouts. ...or at least that's what I'm going to guess and if true, it might bode well for Andy's future bookings.
