Who said I hate Liberals and Democrats? Certainly not me! I’ve never lived in some of the most blue of blue areas (one place was voted “Most Enlightened City” by Mother Jones). The majority of my friends are left-wingers of varying degrees… and it’s never a problem.

You see, I don’t hate people who don’t think like me… that’s the difference between us. YOU hate people who aren’t alike, that’s why you can freely name call. I don’t, so I attack YOU for being intolerant. I’ve also (if you check the records) attacked folks around here for being intolerant ON THE RIGHT!

That makes you intolerant… that’s what I’m calling out. If you have a problem with that, try to respect people who disagree with you. You don’t have to agree… but you don’t have to be insulting either.

Unfortunately Mr. Dobbs changed over the past few years. He lost his independent side and switched to mostly railing on Democrats and included Republicans in criticism only as an afterthought. That’s not speaking truth to power, that’s not keeping them honest, and that’s not being independent. He also got too deep into rhetoric that he couldn’t just report the news and give some commentary, everything had to become demagoguery.

He really lost it when he started implying there was some legitimacy to the “birther” conspiracy-theory nonsense.

He’s not a populist anymore. Just another right-wing conservative pandering to a paranoid, lunatic fringe.

Your entire schtick with singling out people here on Mediaite for their “disrespect and intolerance” is pretty old. Every single comment section you attack another poster. Then you repeatedly give the same diatribe. We all get it – you hate liberals and progressives and you can’t stand us. Just please grow up and stop attacking individuals because they don’t hold the same ideology as you.

I’d say that he’s a pretty good fit for Fox Business.

Well, the fact that CNN only has one show with an opinionated host and that was Lou Dobbs – until now CNN pretty much had a blatant conservative bias.

Ah yes… one person on the network makes for institutional bias. HA! What about Rick Sanchez? Where does he stack up? I guess now that Sanchez is still there, the WHOLE NETWORK is biased left? Isn’t that how it works?

Wow… you really like making stuff up. Dobbs was a staunch critic of the Bush Administration… and always was. He’s against ILLEGAL immigration, a fact folks on the left like to ignore so they can slander him. Either you’re woefully uninformed… or a proud liar. Which is it?
