Donald Trump To Fox News: Charles Krauthammer Is ‘Just A Sad Fool’

Video

Fresh off of his self-described “victory” of getting President Obama to release his birth certificate, Donald Trump spoke with Fox News about another nemesis of his: conservative commentator Charles Krauthammer. Jesse Watters, a producer on the O’Reilly Factor, asked Trump to comment on some recent disparaging attacks from Krauthammer and Trump did not disappoint, offering up his own verbal smackdown in retaliation.

Trump began talking about the “great conversation” he had with Krauthammer and how it was unfortunate that the two did not agree on the issue of whether America should be entitled to take the oil in Iraq. For those disappointed with Trump seeming to take the high road and avoiding an escalation in the war of words, never fear, and wait just a few more seconds for the action. Trump remembered the full phone conversation of how Krauthammer described Trump’s strategy as “impractical,” and then Trump convinced himself that he should now speak honestly and concluded Krauthammer is a “fool.”

After Watters described some of the more colorful comparisons Krauthammer used to dismiss Trump as a joke candidate, Trump laughed and said many of his critics “want to get some publicity off my back.” And in the eyes of Trump, Krauthammer, one of his loudest critics, was “just a sad fool.”

Well, the Donald is someone you Republicans made. Enjoy him.

Donald, Donald, Donald. It’s okay to be like that when in the sandbox with little infants like Barry and his loon followers. Mr. Krauthammer however is brilliant. You may just be getting a little out of your league here.

This is what the dems want…republicans to eat republicans. I don’t know why CK did this. But then again, I’m starting to disagree with him more and more.

Of course MEDIAite in all UN – fairness fails to inform the reader of this article that during the , what seemed to be a cordial, agreeing to disagree phone call between Trump & Krauthammer, Charles didn’t feeling it necessary to let Donald in on the fact that he Chuck had already had an even more scathing lambasting of the Donald in the following days newspaper.

This was what The Donald was responding to, not the original, pre phone call opinion as this article clearly implies.

Overall Trump handled himself rather presidentially.

Speaking of that wasn’t it cool how the Donald’s smack down of Barack Obama made his alleged original copy of his unattainable alleged original long form birth certificate mysteriously appear out of thin air, or a local Kinko’s shoppe.

Then rather un-cool was Barack and his lamest bull____ story to date about how he just happen to call and ask to have his papers so he could get back to destroying and or socializing America. What a crock of ______ that was…..with corn.

This is completely false, Krauthammer did tell Trump about his upcoming article during that conversation.

    http://nation.foxnews.com/donald-trump/2011/04/21/trump-calls-krauthammer-works-his-magic

Krauthammer appeared impressed and said as much, adding that he found the call so sincere that “at the end I felt that I ought to tell him that my column, coming out tomorrow, is even worse that what I have been saying on television.”

It is self evident who is the fool between Trump and Krauthammer. Specially when Trump has to tell people that he is intelligent, while Charles just demonstrates it by what he says and writes (even if you may disagree with him).

Yes we dodged the bullit for the second time in 21/2 weeks. Last night was just thuder and lightning like a Manhatten fireworks display with high winds and pounding rain, no property damage at all.

The last one that ripped apart the Lowes a few hours away only downed one 30 foot tree that barely hit the corner of my house. In a way it was good that tree came down when it did, as the entire inside, although appearing healthy outside, was rotted away. Again, thanks for asking.

No matter what Ben Bernanke says about a slow economic recovery or what improved GDP growth and lower unemployment signal, many Americans still believe the economy is in horrible shape. “More than half of Americans (55%) describe the U.S. economy as being in a recession or depression,” a new Gallup poll shows. The number who think the current situation is a depression is an astonishing 29%.

“Aside from the one-man birther extravaganza that was Donald Trump, who pushed the birther story hardest?

According to data from the Pew Project for Excellence in Journalism reviewed by the Poynter Institute’s Julie Moos, MSNBC had the most coverage, far ahead of Fox or CNN. “While MSNBC’s coverage may have been devoted to questioning or debunking the president’s citizenship issues, that network spent the most time discussing it,” said Moos.

“Rachel Maddow Falsely Claims Wisconsin is on track to have a budget surplus this year

“”Despite what you may have heard about Wisconsin’s finances, the state is on track to have a budget surplus this year.”- Rachel Maddow on Thursday, February 17th, 2011 in a segment on her television talk show
“There is fierce debate over the approach Walker took to address the short-term budget deficit. But there should be no debate on whether or not there is a shortfall. While not historically large, the shortfall in the current budget needed to be addressed in some fashion. Walker’s tax cuts will boost the size of the projected deficit in the next budget, but they’re not part of this problem and did not create it.
    We rate Maddow’s take False.”

Maddow Falsely Claims Politician Had Advance Warning of Oklahoma City Bombing”

Megan McArdle – Megan McArdle is the business and economics editor for The Atlantic. She has worked at three start-ups, a consulting firm, an investment bank, a disaster recovery firm at Ground Zero, and the Economist.

    Oct 20 2010, 11:31 AM ET
“Whether this was poor fact checking, or sloppy wording, with Maddow meaning to say that he got notice of militia involvement before the media, the implication of what she actually said is that he knew about the attacks before they happened.  I hope Maddow will correct this implication quickly.”

“Rachel Maddow Falsely says Fox News ‘said the New Black Panther Party decided the election for Barack Obama”

Maddow would have been correct if she had simply said that Fox’s coverage was more extensive and hyperbolic than other networks. But her claim that Fox News “said the New Black Panther Party decided the election for Barack Obama” is not supported by the transcripts we reviewed.

In reality, Fox’s coverage focused on legal, racial and media-related issues, rather than the electoral impact on Obama. SO WE FIND HER CLAIM FALSE.

    From the transcript (I’m going to guess you didn’t watch the clip I linked to);
    http://www.foxnews.com/on-air/special-report/transcript/obamas-tax-plan-and-small-businesses

And it was a back-and-forth. At the end, I felt that I ought to tell him that my column coming out tomorrow is going to be even worse than what I said about him on television.

    (LAUGHTER)

I didn’t want to hang up and then surprise him in the morning.

    BAIER: So you told him?

KRAUTHAMMER: I told him and he handled it well and I give him credit for the way he conducted himself.

How anybody can interpret that as “I took it to mean he ought to tell him, but thought better of it and did not.” is quite a mystery.

Barack Must Go said:You really cannot unequivically state one way or the other is true, well obviously you could but you’d be wrong.

I guess Krauthammer is either lying or misremembering, that’s possible. But why would I assume that, you said he didn’t tell him but you weren’t part of that conversation. Also, your interpretation of this whole thing shouldn’t be taken into account when you have a heard time discerning simple statements made by the actors in this simple exchange.

Nice comeback, you’re obviously too immature to just face the facts when you get caught either willfully lying or being too dumb to interpret basic speech. Even when presented with a written transcript that an 8 year old would be able to understand, you chose to ignore things like facts. I think this little exchange says everything about your character and intelligence that we need to know.

Maybe “notsofast” can explain what MSNBC reporting on the birth certificate has to do with what Rachel Maddow reported about the Wisconsin budget battle, because obviously it has nothing to do with the birthers, but for some reason the wing nuts like to invoke things that have nothing to do with the subject at hand. Who would think the far-right wing nuts at Mediaite would be that stupid? I thought they only acted that dumb on the far-right blogs. I guess they finally managed to graduate from their comfy little echo chambers.

A number of the “ProtectObama” news people are predictably raising the question of (what else!) Racism in daring to question Obama’s truthfulness and integrity, such as it is, regarding his birth certificate.

Racism, again? – don’t they have any other Smear Card to play?

    For the record:
The biggest RACISTS today are those on the Democratic Left, who use the Racist Allegation as a political tool to defend and promote their dysfunctional and disproven Progressive agenda.

The liberal ilk of the “mainstream” media are little more than self-loathing racial sycophants, currying to the stereotypes and anti-white, anti-American rhetoric of black separatists and agitators like Tawana Sharpton, Rev. Wright, and their president!
