You do realize that Obama’s proposed budget for next year is about $500 billion less than Bush’s last budget?

I don’t know if his statement is correct or not.  Romney (whom I support) has always run on his business and economic creds.  If the economy begins to heal will that be enough for the business community?  Only they can answer that.  We will see how they feel in the weeks to come.

And how much it matters with voters is really up in the air for now.

Much of the fall out from this will – of course – depend on the health of our economy – going forward.

As for the story it is hardly groundbreaking journalism. Media Matters is biased towards the left. Shocking. Maybe they will do a story revealing that the Daily Caller is biased towards the right next.

It has been largely a success when you discount the labor pool decline, horrible GDP growth, the diminishing disposable income of the middle class, large expansion of government dependency, record breaking debt accrual, and inability balance the budget or to put spending in check…..but other then that things have been awesome that last three years.

Tax increases will give a quick bump to revenues, while stifling long term growth with the decline in investment.  The only way to effect revenue in the long term is strong GDP growth.  And Raising taxes does not help GDP growth.

Yes, look at Europe…..We are doing much better…..Now is not the time for austerity…..we need a balanced  approach not one that decimates 2/3 of society…..in spite of GOP obstruction, we’re still coming out…..Think where we would be if everyone worked together…..the good times would roll.

The business community has seen the confrontational aspect of the 112th Congress ans has and will throw their backing to the president. And rightly so! We can’t cut and slash our way into growth, just like less taxes will grow jobs.
Both are pure falseness on steroids. They also remember the repeated five occasions where the TEA-GOP-Republican
leadership have held the economy hostage. These current House confrontationalist
should be removed from office in November, this year. The country is drowning in
red ink due to two unfunded wars and Bush Tax give-away to the richest
Americans. The House and Senate leadership have called the president’s budget “dead on
arrival”, as they confront their own confrontational membership. They will try
again to hold the payroll tax and unemployment extension hostage. They load up
any budget hearings with riders and earmarks with unacceptable legislation,
guaranteeing no passage.

It’s not hypocrisy; it’s simply business. It’s become obvious that Romney is not going to beat Obama, & it’s self-defeating – bad business – for Wall Street players & Big Corporation leaders to find themselves on the outside looking in once Obama is sworn into office again. 

It WOULD be hypocrisy if Wall Street & Big Corporations leaders were primarily driven by ideology. But they are not. They are driven by what drives business: profit & growth.

Business men are liking Obama better and better…..They are making money now which thhey can use to make money in the future
