I don't wanna see her going back to her old gig.. she's doing great in the Evening News. CBS has the best morning show (maybe not the top-rated). Maggie Rodriguez was soo great... a veteran of some Miami newscasts.. and Early Show is closing the gap with GMA. If you don't remember, her agent tried to get Gretchen fired as host of Fox and Friends and Kiran made the weekday host. At the same time, they wanted Fox to increase her salary from $250K to over $800K. Fox balked and let her out of her contract immediately. CNN thought they scored a big coup by getting Kiran. They dumped Soledad O Brian and replaced her with Kiran. CNN's ratings for "American Morning" went down wih Kiran. Fox and Friends has gone up. Especially after they dropped Fox and Friends First and Alisyn Camerata. Fox and Friends will do over 1M viewers many mornings. While American Morning has to duel it out in the "demo" with Morning Joe and Morning Express. Also of note, American Morning loses in the demo to FNC's 3:00 am show "Red Eye With Greg Gutfeld"..
