Well, for example, having an abortion is considered a woman’s right by libertarians. Would you like the government to rule that abortion is not a right? Many evangelicals do. Prohibiting porn? In fact, as you said, many evangelicals would like to see the government do that. Use of recreational drugs? Sodomy?

I also consider myself a Christian, and I agree with what you said.

I don’t know. I’m not big on the ‘social conservative stuff. I could careless about gay marriage/ polygamy; don’t think the government should deny such systems, just as an example.
