If everyone agrees that Olbermann did poorly what do they think about Anderson’s numbers? No one has been promoted and pimped more than he has, but he is still losing even to Grace’s live show numbers both in the demo and the total viewers.

I think it has something to do with his loss of credibility because some of his recent shows have been pretty good. I don’t know what he could possibly do to regain it.

Last night he even showed his workout photo. . . well, actually Erica showed it, but I am sure he agreed to it. Oh yeah and he is going to pimp himself again on “Regis & Kelly” today. Any guesses as to what Ripa will talk about? Let’s see. . . could it have anything to do with sweaty armpits?

So predictable!

Its been pointed out around here how many homes that MSLSD has lost thanks to Olbynut in the past year. They’ve lost around 3 million homes…which is a lose of around $5.5 million a year to MSNBC.

If MSNBC was able to get any ratings then they wouldn’t be banished to the digital tier. Too often they finish in the top 20 /top 25 of all cable channels. FNC on the other hand is usually in the top 3/5.

Funny how FNC gets more than 5 times the monthly fee from cable/satellite operators than MSNBC, but they have viewers and its a channel the customers demand. MSNBC is not watched by many so there’s not much need for it. Don’t worry CNBC makes far more for NBC than MSNBC. They get higher fees, are in far more homes and is much more profitable.

I have ATT U-VERSE(whose HD sucks if you ask me from Comcast exp) and MSNBC and HLN are not in HD..

The point is.. TV providers have to make profits, and MSNBC doesn’t do much about that objective.

Fox is in 96,294,000 homes. MSNBC is in 92,640,000 homes. CNN is in 99,098,000 homes.
That is only a moderate difference between them of less than 4%.
I do not know, but wonder if the packaging could be reversed with other providers.

Does anyone ever take into account that Fox News is favored by the cable companies, for example Comcast has Fox on it’s Digital Starter Package but has bumped MSNBC to it’s Digital Classic Package that cost $17 dollars more a month. Maybe just maybe the reason Fox is in the number 1 spot is because it’s the only cable news available to many American’s who can not afford a premium package.

Of course, that’s not really true either… he was just the best after all the FOX programs… which puts him way down on that list of losers.

Keith tanks it again. MSNBC pumps up his big special comment and it gets beaten like a red headed stepchild. Bill 3.68 M to Keiths pathetic 1.31M and as usual Bill’s repeat beat Keith in total viewers and the demo.
