We know that you know that you can get non-fussy, yet still mindfucked foods at Wylie Dufresne’s latest East Village pub Alder. We don’t know if you knew, though, that you can get a steady stream of Pimm’s Cup shot directly into your mouth all night long. Okay, maybe not quite, but Bar Director Kevin Denton does keep the three most popular selling cocktails on draught year-round, to ensure a quickly made drink and eliminate some of the over-the-top theatricality of bartending, when really all you want is some gin and juice in your face. (That’s what a Pimm’s Cup is, right? Essentially?)
