In Vanity Fair’s February 2013 issue, food writer Corby Kummer slams The Tasting Menu and chefs like Ferran Adria, Charlie Trotter, and Thomas Keller for starting the trend in the first place. You know, because it’s their fault that inferior chefs have latched onto a trend they made famous and are now perpetuating it in bad form.
