Of course when Carls Jr. creates its advertisement for the Super Bacon Cheeseburger, they shy away from all those foxy ladies in bikinis sexily devouring grease patties in favor of recruiting (thankfully shirted) Harley and Muscles Glasses from Epic Meal Time to do the shilling.
The burger features 6 slices of bacon, or, you can order it epic-style, which ups your bacon ante to 12 slices. Can we take a moment to note how stomach-turning the notion of a pretty hefty beef burger with all the trimmings and six slices of bacon costing $3.99 is? A side order of bacon from a crappy NYC diner (which rarely amounts to six whole slices) costs $4. We shudder.
On the bright side, though, we are glad to see that someone had the ingenious idea to pair bacon and dub-step for this ad. Solid move.
