Graham Elliot Loses 56 Pounds Three Weeks After Weight Loss Surgery

Graham Elliot underweight major weight loss surgery just three weeks ago, but he’s already dropped an impressive 56 pounds. The MasterChef judge and chef of Michelin-starred Graham Elliot in Chicago just came off a stint cooking for the bands of Lollapalooza last weekend, and we’re betting fans were impressed with his newly slimmed down self.

“I feel amazing. I have a lot more energy,” he told People Magazine. “I’m able to play tag with my 6-year-old son, [Mylo]. He said, ‘You’re way faster than you were.’ He’s so excited.”

Graham has worked his way up to jogging and pushups since dropping to 340 pounds from 396 in the time since his sleeve gastrectomy on July 16th. He hopes to run the Chicago marathon next fall, with fellow marathoners Joe Bastianich and Gordon Ramsay. “My clothes are all too big so I’m a frequent shopper at Target now — especially for something with drawstrings,” he added.
