Okay, fine, other stuff happened on this week’s Burger Lab With Richard Blais, too — like a Monterey Jack cheese-stuffed chile relleno set atop a New Mexico-inspired bison burger, with a liquid nitrogen margarita on the side. Also, some behind-the-scenes crew member declaring “my taste buds just came” after taking a bite, which like, we guess Burger Lab isn’t a family show after all.
But most importantly, the Green Chili Cheeseburger-dedicated episode features this adorable kitty, whom Blais uses for the purposes of “gratuitous YouTube pandering,” proving that he fundamentally understands the demographic he’s trying to reach. +1, Richard. +1.
