I’m still bitter that the graduating class before mine got Hillary Clinton as their commencement speaker, the class after mine got Bill Clinton, and my year got stuck with Alec freaking Baldwin, but George Washington University Class of 2014 will be spared my lingering resentment towards college life. That’s because adorable Spaniard, newly minted American citizen, and father of American Tapas Jose Andres is slated to be their graduation speaker!

Even though 75% of GW students have no idea who Jose Andres is, they won’t be disappointed. His speech is certain to be full of frantically energetic, cheerful hope. Also, really cute translation falters. I’m jealous of you, GW.
