Thanks to National Geographic, Jose Andres will now become one of us. He’s slated to begin blogging weekly for their new food site, NetGeoFood.com, which intends to focus on both the pleasures and policy of food.
According to the Washington Business Journal:
National Geographic says the site will cover a wide variety of food-related topics, including eating trends, feeding the world’s growing population and climate change.
Andres is one of five food experts who will blog weekly for the site. Others include food policy analyst Mary Beth Albright, science blogger Maryn McKenna, food blogger Jasmine Wiggins and food historian Rebecca Rupp.
Is this a step up or down from being the food consultant on NBC’s Hannibal? We can’t tell.
