The Los Angeles Times is kicking off their annual three-day food festival dubbed “The Taste” this Labor Day weekend, where Nancy Silverton and Thomas Keller will split hosting duties, among a few other chefs.
Newly minted James Beard Award winner Silverton will run a demo honoring the farmers markets of Southern California while Keller will host a brunch event. LA Times food critic Jonathan Gold will also be on hand running a couple of events that celebrate the flavors of LA.
