It’s been a while since Eric Ripert has brought people into his kitchen and had them lay their food (and the deepest pits of their souls) On The Table, and today he comes back in full form with Red Rooster chef Marcus Samuelsson. This means 23 whole minutes of sexy, mellifluous European accents talking about food and hardship and race relations in New York City, which is pure ecstasy to our ears. (Quite literally, it feels like someone made a liquid form of MDMA and dripped it into our ears.)
