Only Top Chef Master Rick Bayless would think up and subsequently pull off an Indian-themed fiesta for his staff Christmas party at Frontera Grill in Chicago. A whole roast lamb served as the centerpiece for the Frontera clan, with sides served buffet-style for the staff and their families. Hats off to Chef Andres who stood dutifully behind the counter carving up the protein while the rest of the staff fiesta-ed. As you can imagine, there was lots of sexy dancing (bachata is Spanish for “make love on the dance floor,” correct?), and many adorable babies. Check out Rick’s photos from the event below.
