San Francisco Michelin Inspector Discovers Abundance of Dead Fish in Restaurant Tank

In today’s BLARG EW SO GROSS TERRIBLE news, an anonymous Michelin inspector tweeted this about San Francisco dim sum joint Koi Palace:

Fun facts: Koi Palace was once listed as America’s best Chinese restaurant by the Asia Society, and on its website, boasts about its fishy decor: “Once inside, enjoy the high ceiling of the principal dining area decorated with a koi pond with views of the chefs’ food gestation.” (It’s the Koi Palace, after all; not the Koi Graveyard! Which would be a preposterous name for a restaurant!)
